By engaging with, purchasing from, or submitting an application to Sampson Consultants (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Client,” “you”) agree to the following Terms of Service.

 
1. Scope of Services
Sampson Consultants provides services that may include, but are not limited to:

Business consulting and strategy
Brand development and marketing
Website and digital services
Custom merchandise and creative design
Event planning and event-related services
Property services (including construction, land clearing, and tree services)
Creative artwork, illustration, and branding assets
All services are customized and defined per project based on client needs, scope, and agreement.

 
2. Client Intake & Approval
Submission of an application, inquiry, or payment does not guarantee acceptance as a client.
Sampson Consultants reserves the right to:

Approve or decline projects
Recommend alternate services or timelines
Refer clients to another provider when appropriate
 
3. Estimates, Pricing & Payments
All pricing is provided via written estimate, invoice, or proposal.
Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Full or partial payment may be required before work begins.
Late payments may result in paused work, delayed delivery, or cancellation.
Accepted payment methods may include Cash, Zelle, CashApp, PayPal, Square, or other approved platforms.

 
4. Revisions & Changes
Each project includes a limited number of revisions as outlined in the agreement.
Additional revisions, scope changes, or add-ons may result in additional charges.
Changes requested after project approval may impact delivery timelines.
 
5. Timelines & Delivery
Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on scope, responsiveness, and external factors.
Sampson Consultants is not responsible for delays caused by client inaction, third parties, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
 
6. Intellectual Property & Usage
Unless otherwise stated in writing:

Final deliverables become the client’s property after full payment is received.
Sampson Consultants retains the right to showcase completed work for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes.
Drafts, concepts, and unused designs remain the property of Sampson Consultants.
Clients may not resell, redistribute, or alter work beyond agreed usage without written permission.

 
7. Merchandise & Custom Orders
All custom merchandise sales are final once production begins.
Minor color or placement variations may occur due to printing processes.
Sampson Consultants is not responsible for sizing errors or design approvals confirmed by the client.
 
8. Event & Property Services Disclaimer
For event-related or property services:

Client is responsible for securing required permits, permissions, and access unless otherwise agreed.
Sampson Consultants is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses beyond the scope of provided services.
Weather, venue restrictions, or external conditions may require rescheduling or modification.
 
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Sampson Consultants shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services, delays, or outcomes beyond our reasonable control.

 
10. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

Provide accurate and timely information
Respond promptly to requests for approvals or materials
Use services and deliverables lawfully and ethically
Failure to do so may result in project delays or termination.

 
11. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice.
Payments made prior to termination are non-refundable for work already completed or in progress.

 
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state in which Sampson Consultants is registered.

 
13. Agreement Acceptance
By submitting an application, signing an agreement, or making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
